What are your pick up and drop off times?

Dog boarding; 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm.

Doggy Day Care; 7am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm.

Do you offer a discount for multiple dogs?

Yes, out prices for multiple dogs are listed on ou Services page.

Will I need to book ahead of time for Day Care or Boarding?

Yes, please give us a day in advance to prepare for your dogs stay!

What is your payment schedule?

Payment must be paid in full before pick up.

At the moment we only accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash.

Do you have a service contract?

Yes, our service contract must be filled out before leaving your dog with us.

​

Does my dog need vaccinations?

Yes, we need proof of up to date vaccinations including kennel cough.

What do you do to keep clean?

When a kennel is in use the front is cleaned with a lite sanitizer, the backs are scooped and rinsed with water.

When a kennel is empty the front and back are cleaned with water and bleach.

What are the benefits of dog day care?

Dogs love being social and are active by nature!

Our Doggy Day Care experience will take care of exactly that!

Do you recommend a certain number of  days for day care?

All dog are different and need a different amounts of socialization, you know your dog best. However we do recommend a weekly routine, dogs rely on routine and will help them stay organized and confidant!

Will my dog have a quite resting time?

Yes, all our Day Care guests get a minimum of two hours of rest mid day.

​

Should I bring a lunch for my dog?

If your dog is in a routine of having a lunch, we bring our dogs in around noon for a break and this is a perfect time for lunch! 

​

What if my dog misbehaves?

We coach our dogs using a verbal positive reinforcement approach.
